i will never buy for me for my family OP , unfortunately i have been with them since last 4 years but not any more , this is my first time i experience the customer support after sale , i wish i can give them below zero. all customer service like a robot writing same sentences and they never give you a progress , my request of repair since Jun 13, 2020, every time when i contact them they keep telling me 24 to 48 hours will give you an update and this is the third time telling me the same , wait and wait. i will shoot all chat and my experience on all social media , i have almost 500,000 followers , i'm just creating the content , the users must know the sale is not the important thing the major thing is after sale and customer service , which i will give them the worst among other competitor

One Plus has the worst return/refund policy, and their customer service is just awful. We bought a phone on Black Friday as a Christmas gift, now the phone won't charge properly and due to the fact that they have a 15 day return/refund policy, the company won't even hear about the fact that the phone was not opened and used until after the 15 days. The customer service experience with a representative and a supervisor was beyond awful, the supervisor would talk over me when I tried and explain things, and would just give me the automated response that “you are over your 15 days and we cannot replace your phone”. Their great solution is for me to send the phone and maybe they can repair it, or send me a refurbished replacement, after paying full price and only been using it for 11 days. This is unacceptable in so many levels, you pay good money for a product that you should be able to at least exchange if it’s not working as it should. We have been customers of the One Plus products for a very long time, since the One Plus 2 came out to the market, but no more. They do not care in the slightest about their customers. If I wanted to read about their 15 day policy I can absolutely go to their website and not waste my time with a couple of disrespectful people over the phone.

If I could give zero or minus zero stars I would! Second thrust pilot review... sent phone to get fixed, customer services are about as good as monkeys when I call, its almost 6 weeks now I do not know when I will get this resolved... was told 2 weeks for my phone to get fixed initially, last week put in a request for a replacement phone and now I'm being ignored this week... told them I wanted a full refund now cuz I literally do not have any trust left in the company and think their a joke quite frankly... their ignoring this request also... keep telling me that it has been escalated and to wait a few more days... IT HAS BEEN SIX WEEKS!!! I now have no other choice but to call citizens advice to get legal action put forward! Dont bother replying to me one plus, I'm not interested in your 'I'm sorry for your inconvenience' replies anymore it does not help me!!!

Customer service is very poor. Ordered a pair of earbuds - they are already two months late and now they are blaming me it seems.

Look at all the reviews ; they can't be all wrong .210219-009914I refused Royal mail delivery for a phone and it was delivered back to warehouse. During my calls to customer service I was told be each person (Who don't leave notes ). That it will be 24hr /48 hrs/ 5 days .They basically just say anything to get rid of you .Still not got refund so be careful once you pay , you will never get your money back .Stay away . When it comes to Android brands, you're either getting a Xiaomi, or a OnePlus, or you're being ripped off. Stop looking at Samsung aka the Apple of Androids who live only to lighten your wallet from your hard earned money. Buy yourself a real Android for a good price.

I am using one plus 8 pro since September, 2020 the phone started to lag, hang and crashing apps in 4 months didn't expected this with the so called flagship. The experience was so bad that I had to reset the phone with factory setting. My last phones were Samsung s10 plus, note 9, s 8 I never had this problem with them.The camera quality is lower than my s10 plus. I really want to trade this with s20 plus

This is with regards to the oneplus 7 pro mobile phone I use . On 7th January 2021 evening all of sudden front camera stopped working . I called oneplus helpline and they advised me few steps to run and check if it starts working but failed to help further which then the executive of yours guided me to visit near by oneplus care center. I reside in mumbai ( chembur area). So near by oneplus center for me is Kurla phoenix market City.I visited the store yesterday at 7 pm. After visiting the store the executive of yours checked my phone and advised me that there is simple repair required which will cost me 1200 indian rupees. However he advised me to submit the phone today which is on 8th of January 2021 after 3 pm so he will get this phone repair within 2 hours time .Insisted that i should not submit the phone to them now as they were at closing hours and phone repair would take more them and half hour .and would be no use to keep phone with them for a night . As per their advice I visited the store today at 3 PM .When I visited them and explained issue I have for camera and I visited them yesterday and explained above details . they checked and said there is display burning on phone which is company defect however as my phone has little dent so they would not be able to help me . I will have to pay 17000 plus amount for repair of display along with camera repair charges .I am at complete shock when I am been asked to pay for display repair when the defect is from company side. The phone display burning issue is due to company defect however I am been asked to pay display charges just because there is little dent which is avoidable. Which is not even visible . How can company expect phone to be is best shape after use of 1 year . And as an customer I didn't knew there is defect in one plus phone display . I am regular customer of oneplus phone. But this to to my surprise that company is just taking their hands off from repairing the defect which is from their end and expecting customer to pay for an issue which is not arise by them.I am sending complaint email and waiting for reply from oneplus as service center and helpline failed to help.

Bought a 6T a couple years ago and it NEVER RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES. I use it with a verizon network. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy this phone. The customer service is terrible. They basically say "gottcha!* There are a ton of other companies out there with same specs and price point. choose any one else.

I purchased the OnePlus Buds directly as soon as they were available. For the last 5 months, they have worked very well. Recently, the left bud lost audio while the sensors and touch controls still work. While doing some online research, I've discovered that there is a known hardware problem specifically with the left bud.I contacted OnePlus support for help and went through troubleshooting and was unable to resolve the problem. OnePlus insisted that I return the defective bud so that they can inspect it for physical or liquid damage.This is a known issue acknowledged by OnePlus. They should just replace the bud. I have read that even if they replace the defective bud, there is no guarantee that the new one won't have the same problem.There won't be a replacement. They should have offered to send one, but did not. They did offer to open a repair ticket. I opted not to go that route mostly because I've read that even replacements have had the same issues. I've learned a lesson and will be sharing my experience with OnePlus with anyone and everyone.Save yourself the hassle. Don't buy OnePlus buds!

I havent yet bought my phone but am not sure wether to trust the next day delivery as i leave home on december 28th and cant order until26th could use some advice

As long as your phone works and you don't have any warranty-related claim and don't need customer service you are fine. The phone has excellent hardware specs at an affordable price.Personally, I had a warranty claim as my GPS was not functioning. I created a repair ticket at OnePlus website. A UPS sticker was sent to me for free. After waiting for 2 weeks, the status of the repair was never updated. I had to online-chat with the customer service to get an info about the status, which then told me, that the package arrived empty. Whether the UPS delivery man (another criminal organization) or one of the OnePlus staff (which is located at Poland) stole the phone, your guess is as good as mine.The customer service assistant assured me she will look into the issue. From then on I received a seemingly automated email message saying:""I am sorry for the it is taking, please give me some more time, I will have this resolved asap. Regards Daisy Jones""After 1.5 months I had enough and asked about the status again. The answer was again, that the package was empty.I seriously doubt anyone looked into the issue or that the woman's name is even Daisy Jones.OnePlus is obviously cutting corners by employing cheap labor and skimping on customer protection.On top of that they work with UPS, another criminal organization notorious of being ridden with customer issues.My advice: If you decide to buy a OnePlus, simply dont bother with customer service and repair the phone yourself.

Horrible experience! Order of Oneplus 8T placed on 15th of October and has not shipped until now. When I contacted Oneplus they said order cannot be cancelled because they have no cancellation policy! I own the Oneplus 6 and the phone itself is decent but this is simply crazy! How you do not have a cancellation policy!!!I lost my money and these scammers won't ship the phone or refund the amount. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM DIRECTLY.EDIT: Reference to OnePlus's reply, no action was taken at the time of writing (3rd of November, 2020)
